To guarantee the utmost care and protection during transit, we've introduced a nominal shipping fee. This fee enables us to employ top-tier packaging materials and dependable shipping methods, ensuring your precious purchases reach you in pristine condition."

We endeavor to delivery all orders within 7-10 working days of receipt of the order. There may, however, be anomalies in delivery times but we will ensure to keep these to a minimum. For details regarding timelines of delivery please contact info@lilsherpa.com

For orders within India

We process all your orders within 1-3 business days and products will be delivered to your doorstep within 7-10 business days. 

Customers can also place a pre-order for sold out products by emailing us at info@lilsherpa.com . Pre-ordered products will be handcrafted on request and will be ready for dispatch within 10 -15 days. In the event that your order contains in-stock stock/ready to ship items, they will be dispatched separately. 

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

For orders outside India

Click on info@lilsherpa.com to place an international order. Only prepaid orders are accepted for international deliveries.

Shipping charges are as per location, irrespective of any order value. Please get in touch with us on info@lilsherpa.com

All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Lil Sherpa is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. We process all your orders within 1-7 business days and products will be delivered to your doorstep within 20-25 business days.

What is the price of shipping?

Here are the shipping charges for Pan-India:

Pre-paid orders above Rs 1500 - Rs 100
Pre-paid orders below Rs 1500 - Rs 150


How are your packages sent within India?

All your deliveries are sent via DTDC along with a tracking number. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to our delivery service’s website and a tracking number.

For orders within Nepal

Within Kathmandu valley
Delivery Charges are NPR Rs 150 inside Ring Road

Outside the valley
Delivery Charges NPR Rs 300 (Fee changeable as per location)

How are your packages sent within Nepal?

All your deliveries are sent via delivery partners like Indrive / Pathao for local deliveries along with a tracking number. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation on your mobile number.

How long does it take for customer service to reply ?

Our customer service team aims to respond within 24-48 Business Hours.

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outrage etc. We will then inform you of cancellation of your order and will offer you an opportunity of refund.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Lil Sherpa reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Lil Sherpa has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Order Modifications?

"After you've confirmed your order, we can't make any changes to what's in it. But if you want to add or remove items, please contact our Support team before we ship your order. They'll be happy to assist you."

Packaging Requests

"If you want your order to be shipped in separate boxes, please mention it in the Order Notes section BEFORE placing your order. Requests for separate boxes after the order is shipped cannot be accommodated.

We love adding personal touches! Short gift notes, up to 20-30 words, are individually handwritten by our team. For longer messages, we'll print them on white paper using a standard font.

Address Changes? 
Address changes can be accommodated if they are communicated within 12 hours of placing the order. However, any modifications requested after this timeframe will incur a fee of INR 150 / NPR 150
